PROCESSING TIME

Every HomeShip order is made on demand. Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 3–5 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after production. Expedited options are available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via USPS or DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days after production. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery. These are not included in your order total.

TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, visit thehomeship.shop/pages/contact with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. HomeShip is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, visit thehomeship.shop/pages/contact immediately — we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase.
