Processing Time

Every HomeShip order is made on demand. Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 3–5 business days.

Domestic (US) Shipping

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days after production. Expedited options available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
