Where do you ship?

Everywhere. HomeShip ships worldwide. Domestic US orders ship via USPS. International orders ship via USPS or DHL Express with carrier-calculated rates.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days. US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after that. International delivery varies by destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every item is made on demand specifically for you, we don’t accept returns for sizing issues. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement at no charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has usually begun and we can’t make changes.

The colors look different from the mockup. Is that normal?

Yes — slight color variation between mockup and printed product is normal with print-on-demand. Every piece is its own edition. We think that’s kind of beautiful.
